Clear lines - Functional shapes - Simple elegance

 

The conversion of the 1950s commercial building near Stuttgart is an impressive example of contemporary design and architectural modernisation, realised by PHILIPP MAINZER OFFICE FOR ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN.

The clarity and precision that characterise the refurbishment reflect the philosophy of the office, which relies on a reduced design language and high-quality materials. This approach creates a calm yet powerful atmosphere that transforms the building into a contemporary and functional work of art.

VIA Terrazzo N° T02353 was selected for the entire building.

Thanks to the simple and practical processing of VIA Terrazzo, the material is not only suitable for floor surfaces. Special constructions can also be easily realised with the help of moulded components.

Accordingly, VIA Terrazzo was also used throughout the stairwell and in the lift in this project.
