Payment / Shipping

(1) All prices stated are final prices including the statutory value added tax plus shipping costs. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping basket system as well as in the order confirmation. Additional costs may arise for deliveries abroad, e.g. due to customs duties or further taxes.

(2) The purchase price is to be paid by payment before delivery, Paypal, credit card or cash, depending on the chosen method of payment. The invoices issued by us are due immediately and payable without deduction.

(3) In the case of payment before delivery, you will be informed of the bank details and the goods will be dispatched after receipt of payment. The payable amount is to be transferred to the seller's specified account within 10 days.

(4) The purchaser is only entitled to a right of set-off if his counterclaims have been legally established or recognised by the seller. The customer shall only be entitled to exercise a right of retention insofar as his counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.
