One of the reasons for founding VIA - this pattern was in a flat in Barcelona and immediately appealed to us and raised the question - what is this great material that ages and can age so beautifully, that radiates such warmth and cosiness, that is nice to walk on barefoot - of course - cement mosaic tiles! Long forgotten, this high-quality building material is back and is once again appreciated by many VIA fans, not least because of the variety of patterns and the atmosphere that VIA tiles conjure up in rooms.
It lies casually in the Frankfurt concept store The Listener, embedded in plain tiles N° 54. The iridescence of the cement tiles is particularly beautiful in the grey-brown plain tiles.
A pattern that can be laid with or without a border and combines wonderfully with wood, as in Harvey's Frankfurt.
They are also on display in the former sparkling wine cellar in Bacharach am Rhein, where VIA has found a new home with its office, warehouse, training rooms and showrooms for a good 10 years, and inspire visitors.
