Information and inspiration
The universal thermal insulation, impact sound insulation and decoupling boards from VIA are 4 mm thick polyester fibre boards with high tear resistance and compressive strength, which can be laid in conjunction with VIA board adhesive. The VIA insulation and decoupling boards are suitable for thermal insulation in the renovation of old buildings with a very low floor construction height in conjunction with electric tile heating (thin-bed heating). The universal polyester fibre boards are suitable as a decoupling underlay for jointless VIA terrazzo tiles. This board can be used, for example, on screeds, levelled concrete surfaces and old hard coverings (such as tiles).
