N° TSC0401 - Slate

VIA slate terrazzo made from recycled roofing slate.

For VIA slate terrazzo, slate is used that is obtained from roofing slate extraction. The material is further processed and used as an aggregate in VIA Terrazzo. The result is a terrazzo with a dark, calm appearance and a clear mineral character - from an existing raw material.

This terrazzo mixture has a chippings size of 5-15 mm.

Terrazzo ready-mix for a jointless terrazzo, which is laid and ground in on site.

One bucket contains 25 kilograms.
Consumption: 1 bucket is sufficient for approx. 1 square metre at 1 cm Installation thickness
Installation thickness: The installation thickness is approx. 1 cm
Sanding loss: Approx. 0.3 cm is sanded off
Final terrazzo thickness: Approx. 0.7 cm

The contents of the bucket with the terrazzo mixture are mixed with water on site. Real terrazzo without plastic additives, completely recyclable. A sample can be ordered for colour matching. The colour of the sample may differ slightly from the installed terrazzo due to natural variations . Terrazzo samples therefore serve as a guide and not as a reference.
